NOTICE: Please inspect your Crazy Hair thoroughly for color, quality and texture before wearing them or trying them on. CRAZY HAIR CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN USED (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
Return policy: You may return unused Crazy Hair, with the exception of custom orders, for refund or exchange within 10 days of the shipment date. Returns after 10 days will not be accepted. Sorry, but we cannot accept used or worn hair extensions unless the item is defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A copy of the sales receipt must accompany all returns. When you return an item, follow the instructions below, and most importantly indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return, Sparkles Face & Body Designs cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement, if you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days.
Instructions for returns: Please pack unused Crazy Hair in original package if possible. Include sales receipt and reason for return. Return merchandise to:
